1. You have 14 days to return sold products after receipt, and shipping costs will be added through returns to your account.
2. If the product is defective, does not work properly, does not match the website description, is counterfeit, or was received damaged due to transport and shipping, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the receipt date free of charge, and the product value will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 business days.
3. When returning the product, ensure that all accessories and labels related to the order are in their proper condition, that the product is in its original packaging in the correct condition in which it was received, that the package is sealed with the manufacturer’s seal (in case of exchange within 14 days), as well as attachments in offers, such as gifts accompanying products or exceptional accessories.
   

Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Damaged products (except transport damage).
• Products that are not in their original packaging.
• Products that do not include all accessories.
• Unsealed products.
