Delivery Policy

Please note that the official working days at Advent Pharma are from Sunday to Thursday, and Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and official vacations are non-working days for all company employees and shipping companies.

Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have simplified the shipping process for you because your comfort is our priority.

1- Order Delivery

Our company – Advent Pharma – primarily delivers your orders through third-party providers to ensure timely shipping of your order.

Products are delivered within two to four days maximum, depending on your geographical area, giving you the option to choose a convenient time for delivery at any time during the day, week, or even month.

For urgent orders, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.

We will require your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of goods, and we will deliver the order to the registered address. The signature of any person at the address constitutes receipt of the order.

If no one is present at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact customer service to schedule another delivery appointment. The company is unable to attempt delivery more than twice, and the company is not responsible for any order that exceeds 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days, and custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the individual production time mentioned on the product description page.

2- Delivery Cost

Delivery cost is calculated on the final product price and is clearly displayed when you place an order on our website.

3- Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. This time is only a guide and is subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from your order date. Business days mean Saturday to Friday, excluding holidays.

The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and required items. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

To find out the cost of your order, simply add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you reach the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
