1- General Terms
Advent Pharma is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without providing sufficient notice, it prevents another customer from receiving the service and affects service quality. For these reasons, Advent Pharma has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly enforced.
2- Full Payment
Payments are processed via electronic payment cards online. Shipments will not be dispatched until payment is completed. An electronic confirmation message will be sent to you upon registration and payment. This message serves as confirmation of your registration.
3- Cancellation Requests

4- Refund Policy Refund
requests must not exceed 14 days from the payment date. In the event that a refund request is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to your account within 14 business days.
